4. Other Personal Information.

Although we have the utmost respect for your privacy, any communication or material you transmit to our website or our app by electronic mail or otherwise is, and will be, treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. Generally speaking, your personally identifiable information will not be resold or given out to anyone under any circumstances and will not be disclosed to any third parties, except when we have your permission or under special circumstances, such as when U.S. government or law-enforcement agencies require us to perform such action. We use your personal information primarily to fulfill purchases, to verify compliance with our applicable product License Agreements, Terms of Use, for research purposes or for marketing and promotional purposes.
